Ana Maria Martinez-Stumpo of PH Design Interiors to be Featured at the 2013 Philharmonic House of Design for Loggia & Outside Living Spaces

Orange County, CA (April 23, 2013)- After weeks under wraps, Ana Martinez-Stumpo of Pacific Hospitality Design is pleased to announce that she has been selected to participate as one of the designers for the 2013 Philharmonic House of Design in the bucolic community of Coto de Caza!  “We are very excited to be selected as one of the designers for the 2013 House Of Design in Coto de Caza,” says Martinez-Stumpo who, with her team had the honor of showcasing their work at the luxurious property. Among her contribution for the home include an exclusive design focusing on a warm and inviting outdoor loggia and patio that is perfect for summer entertaining.

From design concept to fabrication, Ana Maria Martinez-Stumpo and her team of designers and craftsmen at PH Design have created famed interiors for hotels such as Sofitel Los Angeles and the recent new bar lounge, Bar Rouge in Huntington Beach. Boasting the coveted Made in the USA Certified seal, Ana Maria now makes it simple (easier than ever) to create the perfect pieces for any project. Amongst the company’s diverse capabilities include producing quality furnishings for hotels, restaurants, design firms, purchasing companies, architectural firms, furniture retailers, private label, assisted living and high end residential interiors.

The House of Design is the Philharmonic Society of Orange County’s largest fundraiser for their valuable Youth Music Education Programs.  Their media sponsor, California Homes Magazine, invites premier Interior Designers form all over Los Angeles and Orange County to transform this estate into a stunning showcase. The beautiful 7,100-square-foot home chosen this year rests on more than two acres in the midst of Coto’s equestrian estates.  Reminiscent of an authentic Tuscan villa, the home features five bedrooms, five fireplaces, Venetian wall finishes, a temperature controlled wine cellar and more.  Stepping outside, the magnificent outdoor living space feels as if you are in the heart of Tuscany, with sweeping lawns, a saltwater pool, Mediterranean gardens and a fabulous outdoor loggia with wood burning fireplace.  The pastoral setting offers a welcome refuge from the throes of modern life and is a great party house! It is available to rent for corporate and private parties for a truly unique experience.

 

The house will be open for public tours starting April 23 through May 19. Visitors can meet Designer, Ana Maria Martinez-Stumpo on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
